STUDIO-333 is a full service production studio and drum room. Centrally located near the 5, 605, & 91 freeways. $50 per hour with a 2 hr minimum. Day rates available. Price includes full studio access plus engineer. Instruments (drums, percussion, bass, guitar, keys) available upon request. I am also an experienced producer and would be happy to discuss any production needs you may have. Auto Tune available at an hourly rate.

I've been playing and recording in LA and OC for over 30 years. I am a 1983 MUSICIAN'S INSTITUTE graduate. My biggest influences are John Bonham (Led Zeppelin), Stewart Copeland (The Police), Vinnie Colaiuta (Frank Zappa, Sting), and more recently, Darren King (MuteMath).
Some of the artists I've played and recorded with: Scott Weiland (Stone Temple Pilots), Colbie Caillat, Chuck Negron (Three Dog Night), Bobby Kimball (Toto), Gian Marco, Dave Mason (Traffic), Dionne Warwick, Mariners Church Irvine (primary drummer for 10 years), Tim Timmons (popular Christian artist), Saddleback Church San Clemente (4 years), Disneyland Tomorrowland Terrace (5 years) I also play live and record with these local Singer Songwriters: AJ Degrasse , Mike Vitale, Dallas and Doll, Kurt Hunter, Scott Mickelson, Mark Anthony Castrillon.
I have 2 drum kits set up for lessons so we can sit face to face and work stuff out!
It's a cool, fun, comfortable environment to learn in. Just tell me what you want to do and we will do it. I don't have some boring "set method" of teaching. I was a self-taught drummer long before I attended Musician's Institute, so my methods are not the norm. I can figure out where you are at, and get you to where you want to be as a player, and I make it fun!
I can also show you studio techniques like drum tuning, mic'ing, playing with a click track, etc. I have been using a few different iPhone/Android apps that are amazing, and they will help your playing immediately so bring your phone or iPad. I can also teach you how to incorporate electronics into your acoustic set up. I have a really cool hybrid kit that does all that.
I can teach you how to do this using Pro Tools, Abelton, Logic, etc. I taught at The Rok Academy in Long Beach for 3 years and now teach at my studio in Cerritos. I teach kids from age 6 and up, and have taught students in their 50's. I am happy to provide references if you'd like to speak to some of my students. I offer half hour lessons for $35 and one hour lessons for $65. I love seeing how quickly students progress and have fun!
FRANK REINA
FRANK REINA has worked as a professional drummer for 30 years in the LA area, across the country and around the world. He has played live and recorded with Scott Weiland of Stone Temple Pilots, Colbie Caillat, Chuck Negron of Three Dog Night, Dave Mason of Traffic, Blood Sweat & Tears, Dionne Warwick, Warren Hill and Ellis Hall, to name a few. Frank is featured on the soundtracks of Austin Powers The Spy Who Shagged Me, Drowning Mona, and most recently the soundtrack for the movie Blood Done Sign My Name. He has also performed with Scott Weiland on The Jay Leno Show. Frank records drum tracks for producers and musicians all over the world remotely from his studio, and has done for the past 15 years. He is also an accomplished producer producing songs for Chuck Negron, Lauren Waller and various other Indie artists in the Orange County and Los Angeles area.
